Melanie is our Office Manger at SLD Counseling Services, PLLC. Melanie helps all of us respond to our clients and potential clients within 24 hours. She communicates with each therapist so she knows what availability they have open and facilitates the initial appointment. She is also available to help with insurance and billing questions.
